Clean Data Labs is a Poland-based company providing data management and biostatistics services for clinical trials. With partners in Poland and the rest of the EU, as well as in the United States, Clean Data Labs provides support in the areas of clinical data management, biostatistics, data analysis, medical review and clinical trial consulting.
Clean Data Labs is an established provider of data management and biostatistical services in Poland and supports partners in Europe and North America with a wide range of clinical trial services.
Before Clean Data Labs discovered ResearchManager, they were using a combination of EDC systems to support their operations: OpenClinica, ClinCapture and REDCap.
The first two systems required Clean Data Labs to have its own server. In particular, ClinCapture was an open source program that was later converted to closed source. These requirements led Clean Data Labs to use REDCap as their primary EDC solution.
However, REDCap raised compliance issues that were brought to its attention by a Polish university partner. REDCap did not meet European GDPR requirements because its server was located outside Europe, namely in the United States.
To stay compliant and continue to support their European partners, Clean Data Labs knew a new solution was necessary. That was when they discovered ResearchManager.
